HELP! Need pictures of waterjet/laser knife blanks leftovers/cutouts!

Hello there,
I am trying to get a laser cutting shop here in Bilbao (Spain) gime an quote for cutting like 120-140 knife blanks out of a 1000x2000x5mm stainless steel plate.

In order to show him what I am talking about I was trying to find some pictures of the leftovers. You know what I mean. Whole plates with the knives cut out. I recall seing pictures like that here in Bladeforums. I tried to find some online but I couldn't find exactly what I want.

The closest thing I found was this... and it looks crappy.

Well, they have never done anything like that and I just wanted to make myself as clear as possible. It was just for ilustrational purposes, not that it is actually needed for the job.

Any clue how much spacing should I leave between blanks?

0.200 to 0.300" minimum for you 5mm stock.

He should have software that does this automatically.
