HELP NEEDED: My RAT1 has a rust spot :(

When i cleaned a old co-workers buck vantage that he had use in salt water i used the metal bristle wheel and the plastic bristle wheel for the dremel and that worked pretty good, the metal bristle wheel may make a "smudge" on the surface but it ahould completely get rid of the rust.
 
Soaking the blade in wd40 and then scrubbing it a bit can get rid of surface rust.

And the "uh, is it a safe queen? Har har"-guys can keep their mouths shut as far as I'm concerned. When he does get rust on a safe queen they'll be the guys telling him to try it on a cheaper/beater knife first. Well, this is the perfect opportunity for that.
