Klaus from germany here - not too long a member of the BF but too many knfes already bought because of catching some strange virus
My problem is actually a small one in any regard - but here we go
With one of my knifes I ordered and had it sent I also should have gotten a small "One-Armed-bandit" to modify a knife to a one-hander.
I got that "bandit" piece but not the correct fitting one for the knife ordered at the same time at the same guy (its even mentioned on the bandit package that for that specififc knife you need the small/standard version of the "One-armed-bandit" not the large one)
So I sent an email to get a reply right away "I sent you the small one" - OK great - I waited around 10 days - nothing - send another email - nothing - more emails in like 3-4 day steps - nothing - doublechecked - the guys is alive and doing business and answering emails - just not mine - hmmmh .........
So what would you do ?? Even when reversing the CC card charge for the 5 bucks (yes only 5 bucks) I still don´t have that bandit I want and I don´t get it here in germany/europe and ordering a new one in the US will be a nightmare with such a low value to even start an order and comparatively high shipping cost too.
I know this issue is really no big deal but bugs me anyway - so pls understand my post and me asking for help here. Anyone with good advice ?
