Help!!!! Not that serious but help

I just got my first Sebenza 21!!! My one only problem is that there is a stain on the ti scale from the sticker price. I can't take it off!!! I tried to put oil to clean it off & it did not work. Please tell me what to do, also I would like to possibly send it to the spa. How do I send it? How much dose it cost? Thank you for the help!
 
As mentioned above, ISO-propyl alcohol will take off the stickiness with a little rubbing. It even takes off ink whether its a date stamp on a bread bag, sharpie permanent market on certain surfaces or the colored printing on a coffee bag...if water doesn't and the alcohol doesn't work then its most likely permanent.
