Help on feedback

Being new to forum and building solid feedback, I cannot for the life of me leave feedback. I use an iPhone, no access to computer as I live in a rather isolated area with no internet. Help me out; biggest problem seems to be finding info on thread when asked in feedback section.

Easiest way I have found to to it on my iPhone is to open the sales thread in safari and, copy the URL from the top, and then paste it into the thread for feedback.

On my old five-year-old phone it had the ability to click the field where you paste the URL and the most recent threads that I had made a post on would pop up, most of the time it would include the sales thread in there and I would just click it.

1. Click on Buyer or Seller
2. Click appropriate feedback
3. Click on Find Thread


4. Type on a word that is in the title of the thread that you are leaving feedback for.


5. Type in your review and submit.

I have tried on my phone and PC and can't get the feedback to work. I copy and paste the URL of the thread that I did in fact start, and I get an error stating that it is not a thread I started. It worked for me in the past, so I'm not sure what else to do.

Did the other party post in the thread? If not, that's probably what the issue is.
