Help! opening the screwdrivers on the Leatherman Juice?

I received a Leatherman Juice Xe6 for Christmas, it arrived today. How the heck do you get the screwdrivers to open? So far I've been able to get only 2 of the 4 to lift.

Sometimes, until the tool gets broken-in it's best to slip an entire side of tool blades out then put all except the one your using back in the handle.

Not sure if they work the same, but I never had any problems opening my CS4 screwdrivers. Have you tried a blast of WD 40 yet? If that doesn't free things up, I'm sure Leatherman Warranty will set things right.
