Thanks for all of your input guys. I am leaning towards the broker subcom. It seems perfect for size, one hand opening, bladeshape, and locking. I just have one question about it, it does not have any assist or can not be flicked open right?
Another vote for the Spyderco Delica. I have mine in Stainless Steel. Nice comfortable size and weight for my big hands (6'3" about 350 lbs). Smaller, lighter knives aren't right for me - not in tacticals anyhow. As for slip joints, I love my SAK's, Queen Congress, and Case Medium Stockman as well.
