Help please.......certificate of authenticity

Hi All
Im hopless at C.A.D.spreadsheets etc...
Is ther a generic design for a certificate of authenticity available on the net that I can download and fill in the blanks.

Good gravy, why would you want to do that in CAD instead of, say, Microsoft Word?

I made my Certificates of Origin in Microsoft Publisher. Very easy.

Well at least it shows how little I know about word,publisher etc.
I have never used any of them and would know where to begin.
Does anyone have one they have made that I could alter to suit me ?.

Here is one I found on the net free, will print well in small size but not large.

If you have Microsoft Ofiice you have publisher. Open it up and there are several templets you can use. If not go to the web. There are a lot of sites that have free down loads of different certificates or you can go buy a pack of certificate paper at Staples and make your own.

I use the Hallmark card making program ,put a pic of the knife on the front page and other info inside plus how to care for the blade on the back page.
