help please

That's a rather broad stroke isn't it? :p

Any kind of direction would help. For example what are you planning to do with it. i.e forging, grinding, stainless, carbon, are you planning on doing the HT or sending it out, what if anything have you worked with so far.... Basically anything other than needing steel might give people some kind of direction to point you in.

Hello, and welcome to the bladeforums.
I would like to suggest you fill out your profile. It may help you get better answers.
Also, while the text message style of communication works on your phone, it isn't easy to read on this type of forum. Using punctuation and spelling will help make the question easier to read .
As was mentioned, the stickies have a lot of information in them. Also, getting and reading a few books on knifemaking will aid you in getting started right. There are tons of knifemaking tutorials online to guide you in nearly any project you desire. Googling "knife making tutorials" will probably keep you busy for days.
Her are two good sites:
http://www.knivesby.com/knifemaking.html
http://gbrannon.bizhat.com/

After reading the information, I think many of your questions will be answered.

Seriously, fill out your profile, post in real English, read the stickies, then ask your question again, be sure to let us know what your tooling capabilities are, what you are planning to do for heat Treat, and what your level of experience is, then we can make intelligent and relevant recommendations

welcome.
