HELP! single bladed folder under 50$?

Opinel/single blade SAK.

There are plenty of older knives out there that are very well made with patina/signs of use that are easily found in flea markets/farmers markets/junk malls.
 
AG Russell Rancher would be my choice. I have 3 and they are easy to carry in the front pocket, slim handles and a lot of blade! Fit and finish is superb, especially for the price!
