Im looking for a new knife. Im searching for a traditional knife with new features. I want a slim/sleek traditional looking knife that can be opened by thumb studs and/or flipper, has a pocket clip and locks with either framelock or linerlock.

Under the guidelines of the Traditional Forum, any of those features would cause the knife not to be considered "traditional", since all those features are of recent origin.

Let's try this one in the General Forum...

So you want a totally modern knife but with bone or wood handles perhaps, what is often referred to as a 'gentleman's folder' rather than a traditional? There is nothing traditional about any of the features you mention.

I think I've seen a Sebenza with lovely wood inlays.

Now that Frank has moved it:

Case Trapperlock, 6154LC, fits your requirements. 3154LC if you want yellow Delrin.

Here's mine - Chestnut Smooth Bone. It is not especially slim and sleek, though. It's a full-size knife over 4" closed length.

I think the Benchmade Crooked River looks like one hell of a gentleman's folder. All the luxury of modern folders but looks so classic!

There are a number of companies that you should check out. Fallkniven, Mcusta and Maserin all make knives that might fit your wants.

I have always felt the Sebenza fit that description, especially the small.
Love the micarta inlay
If it isn't above budget
