Help with 1999 Emerson Commander CN412

I have a 1999 Emerson Commander CN412. I am considering selling it but have no idea what it might be worth. Can anyone help me determine a fair price for this beautiful knife? Any help would be appreciated. It locks tight with no stick, is centered well, and opens butter smooth. Has some minor scratches on the belt clip. Blade is in excellent condition. Number 412 out of 500. I have carried but never cut with it. My ex bought it for me so I am not even sure what she paid. Thanks in advance.
