Help with a Buck

I was wondering if anyone could help me id this little pocketknife. My wife "thinks" she may have bought it in the late '80's or early '90's. She dosen't remember, nor do I. Im going to send it back to Buck, and see if they will repair it. I don't remember how the blade came to be damaged, it's been in my sock drawer for years.

Any help at all will be appreciated!

Juggler-Check out this link, it has basic info on the SwissBucks. They were discussed in the Buck book as well but I'm away from home and do not have my copy with me.
