Help with a first quality kitchen knives for wifes Xmas gift. Clock is ticking!

Well i would start with 1 good knife . My wife's favorite one is Takamura Migaki 210mm gyuto and Richmond Laser Aogami Super 210 gyuto , stainless steel with high quality Aogami Super steel that is my go to knife.
