Hello:

I've built a firebrick forge with two burners (14.1 oz canister burners). The setup has a Tee at the tank. Pics are below. I can't figure out how to incorporate a regulator. All I have seen have a 3/8" female connection on the "out" side. Ideally I could put the regulator between the tank and Tee, but cannot find any adopter that would allow this. I've emailed Coleman (The manufacturer of the Tee) and a large propane parts/accessories supplier. Both were dead-ends.

I think I may have moved too far down this path without completely thinking things through.

Any ideas or suggestions?

you need to tee off the regulator or by a regulator with two outlets, the some also use needle valves for precision control. normally the regulator screws in the tank and the feed to the burners come off the regulator.

Either remove the POL fitting and place the regulator between it and the Tee, or make a new setup from parts. The parts will be readily available at any welding or propane shop.

You need a tank fitting (POL), a 0-30 PSI regulator, 2 closed nipples to fit the In and OUT of the regulator, a Tee, and two fittings to fit the hoses.
