Hey guys, I'm new to the Forum and to knife making. I'm just starting to get geared up to start after I recover from a surgery I have had recently. I found a Dayton 1"x36", 3/4 hp grinder on Craig's list for $125. I know nothing about grinders and was wondering if this would be something to look into or not. I'm a college student, so I'm stay as least expensive as possible. Also if you have any recommendations feel more than free to share.
