Hey everyone, I have been working on build a 110V 18A Kiln and I have come across a roadblock in the wiring. My problem is when I turn the power on in my panel box my tester (light bulb) is coming on before the relay is turned on from the PID.

Any help is greatly appreciated, I dont know if I am missing something obvious or what my problem is.
