i was trying to put up a 42 for sale in the want to sell forum but it says my account is awaiting activation. could someone look into my account status for me and see if there is an issue? thanks!
 
Your profile shows you as a Registered User.
You need to be at least a Gold member to sell.

so $25 to do what every other knife forum on the internet lets you do for free? plus all the flashing post your ad here signs? what a joke. sorry no thanks
 
Koogz, the flashing ads are only visible to non-paying members.

As far as "free" goes, nothing on the internet is free. You may not pay, but someone does. On Bladeforums, that has always been Spark, out of his own pocket.

Now we have paid memberships to help offset that cost, and Spark is working on setting up ads also. But the ads won't be visible to paying members, who already help with the bills.

Your choice, stay or go, pay or piggyback, we'll be glad to have you in either case.
