I finally got the hang of it! Sorry Dave I was going to send you the knife, but suddenly I was able to open the knife and I am now in the swing of it. Great knife!

Glad you got the hang of it. Kudos for asking about the issue rather than just sending it back and having a bad impression. Now you have to decide which one to get next.

I am pretty sure my next ZT is going to be another ZT 0550 Gen 1! What a great deal! on a great knife! from a great Kershawguy!

I love the gen 1 and will probably never ger rid of my 551. I might get a gen 2 though.

If you're thinking about a gen 2 check out the black blade version on Dave's(Kershawguy) site. I think they look awesome.
