Help with my projects

Ok I plan on making my own movie and need to make some wooden samurai swords.The reason is so people dont kill eachother with those $20 swords. I need to know how would I make them and How would you get the sheath and handle to be round. I just need help with everything........please help.If you want to you can email me.

Do you have a belt sander? If so it should be a snap to make something passable for your project.

Get yourself a piece of wooden closet rod, and remove everything that doesn't look like a sword.
