Help With Next Folder Decision

So, I'm a man who tends to dress in a semi-formal way. My knives are all tactical or less-than-classy. I was looking for something that would go well with a suit and tie while remaining under a budget of, say, $60. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Queen #11 Utility in Curly Zebrawood can still be found at various dealers for just under $60. Very classy knife for the price, and Queen's D2 is great.

CRKT Pazoda, a great sleek little solid framelock knife, simple minimalist steel design gives is a real classy look and keeps it pretty thin. Super easy opening and closing with one hand, and a deep carry clip for just $20
(And it comes on 2 smaller sizes if the 3" model is too big for your liking/need/preference).

The handle is actually brushed stainless, I had to get it just right to avoid a glare that kept ruining pics, but looks real nice with the steel body contrasting with the black coated blade...

Here's a shot of the Pazoda showing some of it's shine next to a CRKT lake 111z... I don't have many "gentlemen's folders" either myself, rarely find myself in need of one, but these are two of the ones I got for when I do. Both about $20. Both great Knives for the price.

Bone handle Case miniTrapper or a Victorinox Alox Bantam or Secretary. All of them have class. Pocket clips in dress clothes is just plain tacky in my opinion.

Check out the Boker Urban Trapper. They just released one with cocobolo scales that can be found for around $65
Very slim, handsome and light, you can pretty easily carry it in your breast pocket while wearing a suit.

I like the looks of many of the Bokers above.

I like a good ole fashioned slipjoint for a gentlemens folder. I really like the color of this handle as compared to others. Plenty of Case knives in this price range.

Is this related to professional environments and/or business? If you are around older folks/bosses/old boy networks, they might appreciate you pulling out a slipjoint made in the USA ie. Case, Buck, etc. It might get you a few bonus points.

The Buck 505 is another good choice. If you can add another $10 or so there's also the Kershaw Rainbow Scallion. The Rainbow Chive fits your budget but may be too small. At $15 plus you could get a Spyderco Nishijin Spin, but again that may be too small a knife. There is a non-BF dealer selling the Rainbow Leek at $65 as an overstock item as well.

Case has several models that would fit well into that role. I also think a simple SAK would be good as well. I have been carrying a cadet in my jeans nearly every day but it's so small it will fit into your pocket without even knowing it too.

With all the suggestions in mind, I think it may help to pin down some features you may need. Pocket clip or not? Locking blade? Blade length?

I love spyderco. Probably my favorite company. They don't seem like gentleman's folders though. I would look a t CRKT, Kershaw and maybe the spyderco delica 4 with stainless handles. For a gentleman's folder, I look for something around 3 inchs, flat grind, with a drop point/modified drop point and stainless steel/titanium/or wood scales. The sebenza is perfect. My cousin owns one. But they're too expensive for me. My most expensive knife is my paramilitary 2. But I got it for 90 bucks. So if one was you, I think the BEST choice would be the CRKT Drifter with stainless steel handle. Very simple, attractive, and sleek.

A good one that comes to mind is the Kershaw Injection 3.5. It's a collab with custom knife maker Todd Rexford. G10 handles, 3.5" full flat ground blade of 8Cr13MoV, and classy touches like machined thumbstuds and decorative pivot hardware.

It's a budget blade that's produced overseas, so you're looking at 25-30 bucks. They also make a smaller version with a 3" blade called the Injection 3.0.

Nice SAK or Case comes to mind. Like the Victorinox Climber or Case Sway Back Jack. Both also make locking folders. Personally I EDC a Spyderco Military and a SAK, despite I wear a suit daily. I just don't care. (And please mind that nobody carries a knife whatsoever in my surroundings.)

This is my favorite yet. It has the style that I was looking for and will probably be my next choice.

Yeah, it's one of their German made models too, so it should have great fit and finish on it, great (better then standard) steel and sleek cf scales, all still in your price range, really can't go wrong. I've been happy with Boker thus far, ESP. Their German models.

Kershaw Camber. Small, sleek, and classy enough to be gentlemanly, but big enough to handle almost anything you'd ever need.
