Help with phosphor bronze sizes for knife

One of my Benchmade Griptilians is in line for some modifications. The blade centering is too far to the left and will touch the scale when opening.

I'm looking to buy new washer to help this issue.

What is the dimensions of the current washers?
I'm thinking of putting a new bigger washer on the problem side and a smaller one on the other side?
Anyone have any good ideas?
