help with pics.

i can't figure out why i can't post pics. my attachment button doesn't do anything. my manage attachments button doesn't do anything. can someone help me please. I can't find info on the FAQ page.
 
could it be a popup blocker, a separate window opens when you click manage attachments
 
taking popup blocker worked. now how do i get a great pic like you guys do and still be under the 100kb limit. do i need a different camera or software.

You shouldn't need anything special. the program you use on your computer simply to view your pics should have a re-size capability. Not just by opening your file in Your Documents, but do you have a Viewing Program?

To reduce mine, I right click on the opened picture and then click on "edit". It brings up a drop down window on the right that allows me to resize or compress the picture. Personally, I compress the picture to get it down to size.
 
I figured it out .




attachment.php
 
I went to User CP then attachments found the link to the picture I uploaded ,
copied it (the link that is) then in the message box mouse over were it says insert image then paste the copied link . Hope this helps !
