I have some pics of my 1st completed fixed blade knife
( Im proud o myself as i have minimum tools and knowledge). Its made from a Nicholson file with Honduran rosewood scales superglue fineshed.Pinned with 1/8th brassrod inside an Alum tube:
8 1/2in overall
3 1/2 tip to scales
1 1/8 at the widest point of the blade
Flat ground w/swedge ( that the pics dont show)

Im hoping someone can enhance/make them look better before i post them
here there and everywhere !

Anyone willing to take a shot at it ? If so i,ll email them too you. This is the best pic. (actually it looks better here than it did in the email it came to me in.

The only thing i did was put it in photobucket and then posted it here

There are guys here that do alot better pics than I do. The one thing that helped me the most was a photo box.Just build a box frame of pvc pipe and cover it with a white plastic. I used a white garbage bag split open and covered all but one side. This keeps direct light off the knife and reduces reflection. Look at alot of knife pics and get ideas.you can use any # of things as backdrops and props. Have fun with it.
I'm sure Coop and others will have better advice. This was just a cheap thing that really improved my pics.

Fog2. Send me the picture and i will work some photo shop majic on it. Send me the bigest file you have not a photo bucket link as they most of the time re size the pictures. I would like to have the file straight from the camera.

Thanks JT. The person who took the pics is emailing them to you.

I think it will say its from Sue Harner and *no subject* At least thats how they came to me. I Know some of them are garbage but hopefully you can work with some of the *decent* ones.

My addy is acaptainn@yahoo.com plz send the *enhanced* pics there

THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH !!!! Bryce
