Help with polishing, please.

I'd like to hand-polish a bead blasted blade of aus-6. Anyone have any good advice as far as supplies, technique, grit of sandpaper, etc. I don't have any power equipment besides a cordless drill. Thanks a lot, guys.

I'd start with 400 grit sandpaper, then go to 600 grit. Then Metal-Glo on a Flitz felt pad. It's easier than you might think, just rub it with the sandpaper till it won't do any more, then polish till it won't do anything else.

Thanks! I've got flitz metal polish, will that do? Do I want to go up to like, 1200 grit paper? Does 1SKS sell those flitz pads?
