The long grooves identify it as sambar.

I woulda said Elk, Elk, Sambar, Sambar, Sambar, Elk.
Becuase on the ones I labled elk, they seem to me are lighter and more "green" colored. definantly look at the crossection if it's really thick I'd say Sambar...
