Here's a picture of one of my "Pocket Knife" EDCs with sheath, pending approval will be heading to a home with a BF member, as always your comments are welcome.

Specs:
Aldo 1084, whomped into submission
6 7/8" overall
2 3/4" cutting edge
1/8" at the spine
600x finish
Edge quenched and 3x tempered
He wanted it wrapped with hemp, I noticed in the pictures the butt of the knife looks kinda lumpy, what it is is that I put a double turk's head knot back there.

I've always enjoyed making fobs and stuff, used to work as a camp counselor so I taught it a little bit. When I was in Bosnia I had 2 rolls of paracord, white and green. Everyone around me had green and white paracord fobs for pulls on our gear. Helped a lot when it got cold and we were wearing gloves.

So Lorien, you going to pm me your address or do I just have to guess? ;)

use the Force, Will:p
Stay tuned for a full review in the Custom forum sometime over the next few weeks...

and now you have my address:eek:
:)

I love these small knives, sheath is quite weird but it goes well with this little beauty...

Emre,
The sheath is so you can wear it in your front pants pocket, the rectangular shape "disguises" the knife shape somewhat. A normal knife shaped pouch also pokes your leg when sitting and is very irritating. You can also wear it on your belt, I wear it on my belt but on the inside of my belt so the clip is on the outside and belt tension helps retain it.

Will---LOL!
I had Gary Bradburn make me a Sukoshi with a Hemp sub-wrap and Pohan Leu is making me a Hemp handled Pillow Knife, fwiw.
Thanks!!

hemp doesn't rot and lasts almost forever.

The Constitution of the United States is written upon paper made from pulped hemp.

Until Hearst and Dupont got the pulped wood fiber paper patent, which they then rammed down society's throat, everything from sails to rope to clothing to 'synthetics' were made from hemp, and there were thriving industries based on producing goods from this amazing plant.

Reefer Madness has had lasting repercussions at the expense of our health and the health of our natural environment. It's a really unfortunate travesty perpetuated by greedy assholes who don't know the meaning of 'enough's enough'.

It's a material that we should be seriously looking at for the future use of our species on this planet, if we actually want to start cleaning things up. It can even be used in the production of plastics, instead of petroleum based chemicals.

Ok, sorry, off the soap box. Can't wait to get this knife, Will. It was meant to be. We both supported the hemp industry. Too bad it's probably based in some other country;).

uh, I rambled a little bit there, didn't I? I must've been wearing my hemp shirt.
Now where did I put my Cheetos?...
