Hello everyone,
I am new to the forum and not fluent with posting yet, but here goes my stab at it.
I purchased a stag mini coke bottle hr432 (Hen and Rooster) from a well known on-line vendor. Beautiful little knife, but with issues. Rather than return the knife and pay return shipping, then pay shipping fees again to have a new one shipped back to me i decided to go with the manufacturer lifetime warranty to resolve the issue. I have done that with case knives and they always remedied the issues. They stand behind their knives. To my disappointment I can not even get frost cutlery to even reply to my inquiries. Even though they acknowledge they received them.
Beautiful little knife, but I will never purchase another Hen and Rooster knife if I cannot get this resolved. Anyone else have experience with their warranty?
Thanks for reading to my long winded post. Till i pay all the shipping involved i could have purchased two knives.

The spine of the knife was profiled on an angle removing half the back spring pin on the mark side. I purchased it from knifeworks.

I would contact knifeworks and initiate a return. Last time I returned an item to knifeworks, I just got a credit and made a different purchase. It was faster than waiting for them to credit my card. It would be better to call them first, rather than try to do the return online.

I've had the knife past their allowable time. Had it for two months. I'll just have to live with it, but I've learned a lesson. I was just wondering if anyone else dealt with frost cutlery, and if others experiences would sway future decisions on what brands i would purchase. I have never had problems with case they always remedied the issues. And I never once paid shipping. They took care of everything.

I want to thank everyone for replying. My wife thinks I'm nuts, but I have a thing for pocket knives. Especially stag handle slip joints. Something about the craftsmanship.

Now that I talked about Casexx, i have an experience i would like to share. I see so much bashing about their customer service on these forums I'm compelled to tell a story. I purchased a old red bone pocket worn medium stockman knife from tractor supply. It was the last one they had. When I arrived home I found the sheep's foot blade wouldn't close without hitting the clip point. I had to actually push the blade to the side to close it. I contacted case and they sent me a pre paid bubble envelope. This was during covid and they were shut down for several months. I received a package from them 3 months later (after contacting them, i thought it was lost in the mail. She said they received it and told me the situation with covid). They sent me a brand new old red bone pocket worn medium stockman, there was another box with a brand new peach seed jigged amber bone medium stockman as a gift for being so patient. That to me is customer SERVICE.

Great story about Case. In general Frost sells low end knives. I would chalk this up as a lesson learned, and move on with life.
