Talked to Lisa at Frost cutlery today about a broken back spring on a slip joint hen and rooster. She said Jim canceled the lifetime warranty some time ago.
Lisa said there is a six month limit on warranty and a sales receipt is required.
The only other spring failure in my long life was a rough rider and a schrade lockback.

I mean its from Frost cutlery, proud makers of the jarbenza you really can't expect much. Someone mentioned that frost used to make decent knives if so those days are long gone!

Not sure frost made knives. They handle many brands from who knows where. The German steel hand made h&r looked ok. The bulldog brand blades said the same and I liked them. I stopped by frost south of Chattanooga to ask where my knife was made but the showroom was not yet open and the only person in the office did not know. Very big facility. I wonder if the factory is a secret.

Fair enough, ill amend my post to say "proud purveyors of the jarbenza." Either way they aren't providing quality products. They are probably made the same place as rough ryder.

If they are made by the same people as RR, they should be good.
