This is a JA Henckels " twin man" stamped 3-7/8" stockman," Inox" on the tang too. Nice wood ,I don't know what kind I think rosewood. Nice & thin,all blades snap nice with smooth action,and no play. Thin grinds. This is a real nice one to collect or better yet carry it. Condition looks un used to me & in excellent condition
