Looks new and unused to me - un sharpened- few rub marks on both sides very light pics look worse than in person- I got off forum years ago

Can’t remember blade steel

Maroon scales

Super well made leather

The steel is probably ATS-34. If I didn't have two of this same model, I'd be all over it. Design and workmanship are superb.
