HenkH(akvoort) backstabber

Hello BF,
I tried to buy from Spinny 3 kershaw knives,in his tread he DIDN'T claimed USA/CONUS only,so i send him a message if he would mail me if he would ship to the Netherlands,and if not i have a adress in the USA to which he could send the knives.he didn't reply to my question.but now HenkH (hakvoort) from the Netherlands buy's quickly these 3 knives to have 'm send to his USA connection for shipping to the Netherlands.
now to me it's NOT about the knives (i would give them to boyscouts as learning knives) they where cheap give away's,but it's the backstabbing behavior of this HenkH(akvoort),he mailed me i could buy the knives from him + $10 a knife extra because he was so "nice" to hae 'm shipped to the Netherlands.i just wanted this to have said,i will let my friends in the USA/BF know what kind of person he really is,a backstabber!regards and thanks for letting me have my sayin'!

im lost in translation how did he get them before you.he had a us connection like you but was abble to purchase them first?was spinny holding them for you?did you talk to henkh and tell him you were going to buy them and he in tern bought them while you were waiting for spinny to reply back to you?wouldnt it be a decent price the 10$ extra would cover his shipping cost or is the 10$ added after shipping?

Yeah this isnt making much sense. No matter what unless you had a deal worked out and agreed upon anything can happen. If someone beats you to the punchline its just the way it goes. I cant tell you how many times I go to sell something and I get a guy who wants to ask a million questions which i have no problem answering. But unless it was requested that I hold the items and we just need to iron out the details those knives are still for sale. And if someone comes in with an "ill take it" while someone is asking for pics or asking about shipping I am not going to pass up the super serious buyer for the guy who is unsure.

if you have write me a mail then i could have let you know that i do have a adress in the USA to which you could send the knives!now you sell them to another guy from Netherlands who has ALSO have a adress in the USA to send them to!i think this is not the way to do a deal,and i am VERY pissed about this!both you and the guy from the Netherlands (who goes around my back!)are not very gentlemenlike.good luck with the sale to another guy from the Netherlands with a USA adress!

You asked him if he'll ship over seas with no mention of a US shipping address. You may want to lead with that next time.

I get that it sucks, but that's the way it goes sometimes. It's happened to me before and I just waited for the next one. I didn't even start a GBU thread or anything.

Sellers can sell to whomever they want, unless they have a deal already in progress then they should honor their word and see things through. Otherwise communication is the only way to make sure people understand. Another thing, insulting people and disrupting a sales thread will get you an infraction as you already know. There is just no need for it, act your age and be an adult. You win some and you lose some, life will inevitably go on.
