Do you use a CNC in the build please? I see the pantograph in your shop. How did you get that through the door?

Gary,
No CNC here. It is all done by hand and manual milling machines.
I will try to find some pics from my new shop. Hang on...

That is absolutely gorgeous! I love everything about that knife. Is that pivot inlayed with pearl too? And the way the liner peeks out so subtly, perfect! That is one nice piece:thumbup:

Well no, the pivot screw is anodized titanium.
The liner that sticks out is actually just the Ti spring. I don't have any liners on my models nowadays.
The spring is intergrated in the steel slab.

Thank you all so much for your so nice and kind comments on my stuff.

OMG!!!!!

That knife is stunning...........................Gorgeous!!!

Amazing work, I have got to win the lottery and ASAP

How well will your knives with this much color wear over time? I've had varied results with anos from other products so am curious if these could be a user or shelf queen?

They are the most beautiful knives I've ever seen!!!!

Thank you Alford.
About the colors, well you don't need to worry about the anodizing on the pivot thing. It is only colored in the lower parts, I have sanded of the high parts.
The anodizing on the spring, well it will wear of at some point, but only on the inside where the thumb touches when you are unlocking the blade. It will not wear if on the backside because it it quite protected there. I knew this from the beginning but my point with this was to give that spring a bit of flair when closed.
The pocket clip. It is heat colored and will wear of at some point. However it is only the lower parts that is colored. Because it is heat colored, it is easy to just through it in the oven and color it all over again.
My personal opinion on this, well I kind of like the patina after years of use. Is sort of gives the knife a sole and a story.
Thank you for asking.
Mike
