Mostly stock removal from 1/8 inch 52100 high carbon steel with forged texture on the flats. The grind is flat with a slight convex that tapered to a fine edge before I made the secondary creating a very sharp slicer.
Cross cut stabilized walnut handle making a dishwater safe knife but as any knife, never in the dishwasher.
Overall length is is 10 inches, blade at 5 1/2 inches and the depth is 1 3/4 to 2 inches, deep enough to keep a person's knuckles off the cutting board.
SOLD delivered within our United States. My PayPal and email address (G and S please) is gldrewknives@gmail.com
