Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain structure
Flat grind that tapers to the spine: Slicey
Stabilized and dyed figured maple handle
Overall length: 10 inches
Cutting edge: 5 inches
Depth at the choil is 1 3/4 inches which should keep knuckles off the cutting board and the spine is rounded for folks that like to choke up on the blade

Just slilce some acidic fruit like lemons, oranges etc, it will patina quickly.
