I bought a Herbertz hatchet with gut hook & wood handle (full tang) about a decade ago and it is the best tool I have ever purchased. It sharpens easily, holds an edge & generally does everything I want it to. However, I haven't been able to find another one & I will be heartbroken if I ever lose this one. Has anyone seen the Herbertz hatchets? I saw one for chefs a couple of years ago (without gut hook) & I should have bought it. HELP?
