Working nights sucks.

Yes it does. When it starts getting to you around 3:00AM and you just want to hear a friendly voice, feel free to give Derek a call.

Package tracking is a useful tool, but it can drive you nuts. I live 16 miles from Louisville (which has a major UPS hub at the airport) and watch as my packages arrive at the airport, get loaded on a truck and for some reason get driven to Indianapolis for sorting, before they turn around and come back to me. No wonder the post office loses money.

yea, also most of their shipping features are a load of crap.

Delivery confirmation is apparently the mailman confirming that he is in fact holding a package in his hands. Whether he delivers it or not seems to be a separate paid service.

Yeah. My wife and I moved into our new house (in the middle of nowhere) just before Christmas, and we had a helluva time convincing all the companies to leave it on the porch. We'd get voicemails and sticky notes on the door telling us the driver tried but we weren't home. We have jobs! We got to where we were leaving post-its on the door saying..hey, leave it, we'll take our chances.

Ive never had a problem they leave stuff for us all the time.

I just have the office manager sign for my stuff, then when I get a chance I go down and pick it up from them. It works out pretty nice.

All tracking for me seems fairly accurate! Can't complain.

I have had packages come from virgina, then go down to tennessee just to come back up to philly several times. most my tracking is accurate just doesnt update as quick as id like, a lot of times ill have the package before it even says it made it to my city, then later that night it updates. They stopped offering DCN here for priority and just do basic tracking now too.

Idk bro? I was just sayin I mailed those sheaths to ya this morn. It was the first chance ive had to make it to the PO.
