Too bad I'm having trouble bringing myself to use it.![]()
Jaxx's pic illustrates what I always had issues with in the BA3/ABA - the handle is too long. The BOSS Streets, while fatter, is a much nicer handle profile.
That said, I still have my BA3. . . because I can't let go of it. LOL
have the hollow tubes on the top & bottom knife been machined with a countersink? they look very different from the center one.
The top and bottom knives are several years old. The middle is from last fall. Busse has probably changed the exact process they use to press the rivets.
Then you ought to feel my ABA LE with the Butt Ground off even with the micarta.
That's why we need some BOSS Badgers!!!Jaxx's pic illustrates what I always had issues with in the BA3/ABA - the handle is too long. The BOSS Streets, while fatter, is a much nicer handle profile.

I'd be tempted to drill out the handle a bit just to lighten the package.
If Rat Finkenstein has 2 that means he can sell me one and still be in good shape.
What do ya think RF?

It'd be interesting to see an ABA next to CRK's new Nyala
Hmmmmmm, actually a very good question. Of course it's not as long, I believe the blade on the BA3 is wider/longer, steel of course is very different......
....oh and there is that little detail that the Nyala.....
IS NOT A BUSSE!!!!
