Here are some reviews on Xm-!8, Carter Neck Knife and Takeda Hunter

I watched the Murray Carter and XM-18s; great no-nonsense reviews. You speak well and know your stuff, but are also honest about what you don't know (still more than me). To answer the question posed at the end of your XM-18 review, I liked the "face" format of the Carter review better. It's more personal and it is also a bit easier to follow what you're saying as the viewer can see where you're looking (and observe facial expressions and what they infer as you talk). I think you should go with this method because you can pull it off. The length of both videos seemed just right for my attention span.

My one suggestion is that since you actually carry and use your high-end knives (they are high-end to me at least), I am interested in hearing more about your day to day practical experiences with them (including sharpening, comfort, practical performance beyond cutting paper, etc). A lot of youtube reviews of these kind of knives are more as TV flippers or safe-queens, and you are in a unique position to go further. As long as you can keep the length concise, this kind of info would be a welcome addition. In any case I dig your stuff and hope to see more.
