Still would like to know what color that is.

The finish seems a lot smoother than the muddy on my HG55.

This is AWESOME! Haven't been this excited about a release in a LONG time  Thanks for all the choices boss :D

want the LE # 32 version for my boy. He just showed up to the Air force Academy and will play linebacker for the Falcons. Number 32. It will be a great grad present in a few years. Hopefully the hogs here will help me out....if not????

There are 3,138 different combos to choose from. . . .

Can't show 'em all. . . . but we'll show you a few to start off with. . . .

I can't believe this has fallen down to page 2! I'd really like to see a couple of Satin Choilless Blades with and without the swedge. :D

I agree, it is much smoother than the Muddy finishes I'm used to. I would go for this finish, but not the other Muddy I've seen.

Any official confirmation on if this is Muddy? If so, is the new Muddy finish indeed smoother?

It is the regular Muddy finish..I double checked today still a crinkle coat finish..just looks a little smoother:thumbup::thumbup:

When is this thing supposed to go live? I'm thinking I want one... especially the LE with the heavy swedge and choil.

and he always tells me last cause..................... once I know I [often]TELL EVERYONE!!!

There - made it more accurate.

You often tell everyone once you know - but I am thinking that you are always keeping a few things up your sleeve.

 :D:D:D

Can't believe someone said Jaxx would be buying one of each of these,,,,,,,,,,,, ya should know by now ,,,,he buys 27 of each,,,,,,,have'nt you seen his storage facility on one of the other threads ???????????????:D:eek:

Is it just me, or does the TB look kinda like a pirate's Cutlass?

I'm sure that Blackbeard himself would be proud to carry such a blade... choil-less of course... ;) :D

needed a bump to stay on the same page as the TB options....
Choil or choil-less:confused: The choil is such a defining Busse characteristic... what to do, what to do...

Actually I think its pretty dang cool that they would give us the option of no choil. It is distinctive and characteristic of Busse Combat, but now we could get one so different! I really like this knife as a true Busse but minus the choil. I really didn't like the choils on most Busse', but I thought they had to have them to be tough enough for the reputation they have built. The no extra cost options are pretty welcome with a good range. I would love this to be my first Busse that I have ever had much less held in my hand ( I have never got to check one out in person). I would get the Arctic White and a red G-10 machined texture handle with no choil or swedge and rounded butt....and even another one satin with a swedge and skull crusher so I can get a different balance example. I second the comment about it looks like a pirate's cutlass. I think the thickness and blade length are promising too. Enjoy , Mateys---Joe
