There will be plenty for everyone. Best to play it safe and fire off the email a couple minutes after 9. The way the internet works with bits and packets means that you could be marked early and sent to the back of the line even if you sent it after 9 on your clock. But its about the clock on Becky and Garth's computers/phones and if theyre on the Busse office wifi or on their mobile accounts, theres just too many variables. Set your alarm for 9:10, 9:15 and send it, that will give enough time for everyone to synch up and not get mistakenly booted to the end of the line.
