Great pics, thanks for sharing!
I love my BK10 and I HATE my BK2. I have tried real hard several times to like the BK2, I guess it is just not for me!
I did take the thumb ramp off the BK10, other than that I love it just the way it is.
thanks! yeah, the bk-9 was the same for me - i tried hard to like it but never did. looking back on it now i think flexxx's handle liners to thicken the grip might've helped me like it better.
Jay, you take some of the best pics, man. Plus, I love the looks of that place.
I prefer the BK2, but that's just me.![]()
I can't wait to see how your overnighter turned out.
Moose
thanks, moose! these pics are purely by accident. i usually take 100 and if 10 comes out decent i'm happy

Dude I love that Kifaru pack......Just sayin
it's indeed a perfect pack for gear whores like you and me.
cool pics.
BK2>BK10 all the way for me
thanks, man.
I love the bk2 but I miss my 10 something fierce. For a knife I wouldn't mind being lost with, the bk2 all day long. but that 10 really makes good work out of regular trips and can even hold its own. I've actually been using my 7 alot more lately (mainly since it was my.only blade) and an appreciation of the .188 1095 has grown inside me. I used to be .25 or nothing, bk2 or go home. but I've started to learn what the slightly thinner thickness can do, and while nothing splits like a bk2, nothing of equal size carves like a bk10. Come home crewman, come home....
you got rid of your bk-10? brave man. i'm surprised you haven't been flooded with hate mail from beckerheads yet! i'm definitely looking forward to the tweeners for that reason. for now a mora serves my thin knife needs.
Awesome picture! Like bow fishing but better. What were the temps out there?
I think you should send me your BK2 so it can have a loving home.
thanks! it was in the low 50s during the day and dropped to high 30s by night fall.
Man I need to git me one of those fishing polesSeriously!!!
I just don't know which I like 'better.' I have my 2 set so I can do some pretty fine detail work if I have to. But then the 10 can get a finer edge on it too. I just need to play more that's all.
Let us know how it goes
what i like about the bk-10 is the smaller belly compared to the bk-2. the "straight" edge is maximized which is more useful to me. it's a limited edition fishing pole...get more while you can

Great photos.
I have the same problem. I love the BK-2. But, I also love my BK-710 (7 I made into a 10) But then again, I REALLY love the BK-12. You should throw one of those into the mix and see what you come up with.
thanks. i never warmed up to a bk-12...maybe if i got to handle one i might change my mind.
Great pics man. Looking forward to the next chapter.
thanks, man.
Jv3 I started out liking the 10 over the 2. But over time, that 2 just seems to be my go to companion. Still like the 10 for carrying long distances, but I'm always thinking about the 2. Guess in a have to take only one situation, it would be the 2 for me.
interesting. sounds like you'll replace the bk-10 with a tweener when they get released.
Reading the title, then looking at that pic... I agree, made the post.
thanks. took me awhile to get that pic...damn 10 sec timer is too short. i almost slipped a few times running back and forth tweaking it. haha.
Nice Pics, Thanks for Posting them.
you're welcome!
DUDE !!!!
Why must you torment me so??????????
that looks awesome and not to cold either, absolutely perfect weather......
you know I agree, 'chete's rock and for the most part big knives are just hype we've come accustomed to![]()
there will be more 'chete pics...soon

ha ha! Awesome man.
i suck at fishing...i figured think outside the box this time!
Awesome photos. Looks like a great camping area.
Also, I've never camped like that, but I think I'd like to try it sometime.
thanks. you should try it - tarp shelter is very convenient especially in my area where it's tough to find a flat spot big enough for a tent.
Some of the best, cool, shots I have seen of NJ. And I use to live there.
thanks but this was in bear mountain, ny...just across the border though so it's close enough. haha.
had to run that last picture through a photo processorit's VERY clearly a deer... however, funny, didn't look like it to start.
lots of "obscure" pictures need level enhancement to show ... things ... the person didn't want you to ever seeheh.
my camera is very capable of better pics...i just lack the skills to exploit it
