Here's A Preliminary Drawing Of A Busse Combat Coffin Handled Bowie

Fuller, no CBT, sharp swedge, 0.20 thickness, 9.5-11 inch blade (whatever is best for balance) with TG Ultra Light Brigade treatment under the scales for a slightly blade-centric balance point with magnum, hand-shaped scales for good grip. Leave the spine 90 degree for striking a fire steel and round the edges in the choil for comfortable choking up. I'll buy 3 of them!

I agree, Light Brigade treatment is a must for this model...hope this option makes ....wait for it......... "the cut" :p

If it needs a fuller for balance, great! If not, great! Just bring it Busse!!! ;)

Jeez, call me crazy, but this looks like a fancier, pointier Battle Mistress. Which is AWESOME!!!

I’m a cheap mofo, so one with a fuller, and one with a sawback (I mean, that symmetrical handle would work perfect for a pull-cut saw!) in battle grade, please!

Saw back! My editing is shit but I think it would be sick

While I love the full size 10inch blade, I wonder if a smaller 6-8 incher would be better for field carry? I carry and use every Busse I buy, and think a slightly shorter blade on this would make it an amazing general purpose belt knife, as opposed to another Boss-fight ready chopper.

Convex ? Yes & Or hollow Ground
Corrugated? Yes but only vertical like Hg55 and only on Hollow Ground
Handle? Tiger hide micarta or a revised snakeskin
Light Brigade treatment? Eh I don’t see the point, But depends on balance. It looks thin like the DSF which was not heavy
Sharpened swedge ? Yes on a fighter or a tip that will cut on a reverse swing.
Fuller? Depends on balance but No with Corrugations.
