..... it wont be production, they are the leftovers/extras from a contract (hence the "14STF" on the blade) and when they are gone...well...they are gone....

I don't think so. I think the whole point is these are extras from a very specific run. No picking and choosing. If you want sterile, hand shaped, and liners, just contact the custom shop.
