Scott, Trapper and Doug called and need that blade in the hills!
Love the handle and nice overall!

Thanks guys, much appreciated. I hear ya harpoon. I need to listen to that DVD when I work on the sheath. One thing about elk, it can be damn near as nice as sambar if you can get the right piece. Problem with American antlered species is that there isn't as much bone mass as with the sambar deer. Alot of pith/pourous material to deal with. Elk racks price wise have gone through the roof just like sambar. Also when dealing with a large knife like this, the handle is going to be fat. No way around it.
