Brand new and only opened and closed a few times to hear that sweet ting every time it opens, then back in the pouch. Never carried or cut. The details on these are incredible, and although I truly love this thing, I can't bring myself to carry and use it. I've handled a fair amount of great knives, and the action on this is the best; it's perfect. Comes with everything that was in the pouch, including the pivot tool.
