  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Hest 2.0

I get that. However, I would just as soon the knife work as intended, when I bought it. I really like this knife! I really want to keep liking it. I guess in the end run, I hope that their CS is up to par, if ever needed. That's all I could ask for.

Their CS is top notch and up to par. When I had my hest 1.0, I had to send it back a few times for lock failure. They replaced the knives 2 separate times with no questions asked. Knock on wood, my 2.0 folder has been flawless in the last 1 year I've been beating on it. I wouldn't put much worry into the lock bar. If it decides I head all the way in to 100%, send her in. People might not like RYP, but there's no denying that he stands behind his knives and will take care of you.

I even lost my mr. Dp tool about 6 months ago. Emailed them and Linda sent me another one in a few days no charge. Great great company!!

Thanks Gizler, always good to hear good feedback. So far, mine has been great. I really cannot complain. It had a bit of a sticky lock at first, as many framelocks do. A little pencil, and a little workout, and it is butter smooth. Oh by the way, it has not shifted any on the lockbar either. Good news for sure.
