Has anyone been using this badboy Naked? I took the scales off and fiddled with it last night but I didn't feel sure in my grip... I thought I read somewhere that RYP preferred it without scales... I wonder what the benefit is? It's just not an izula or ethan becker's blade, it doesn't function like one, so it's hard to relate it to other naked knives...
These are just some pictures from my phone, I'm going to take her out this weekend and get some good photos in action... Thought I'd add to this thread because the HEST is a small knife I like too...

Uhhhh... I have a 31" waste hahaha, it comes up to the ribcage on the side there... I might be a poor point of reference because of my size... It's really just the handle, but you wouldn't notice it, it stays out of the way. Sitting in my deskchair with it in the same spot right now I'm shimmying and wiggling and trying to get the pommel to stick me, but it doesn't... It's like like a well trained Dog... Just stays right at your side, doesn't advance, doesn't obstruct... Until He's summoned 
Mine will be here tomorrow HOPEFULLY, my first RAT! I really really want to edc it, well see if I can get off the sebenza binge and carry this nasty looking fixed blade for awhile.

Vic, my first RAT knife was the HEST and I love it. It is comfortable to hold and the utility of it is awesome. I've since received an Izula and a RC-3 and I really like them all. I think next I want an RC-6. 
I have the Becker Necker also but I greatly prefer the Izula and the HEST.

Thanks I knew there wasn't much difference between the Hest and RC3 except the Hest is legal edc.That's why I like it more than the RC3. My first 3 knives were Izula Hest and Rc4. But I'm gonna get a forum knife....just because.
