HEST as a Necker?

If you can find someone that can have an exact duplicate made out of aluminum, shoot me an E-mail, please.

I have Scott Brennen of Panther Balisong fame make all my trainers. I'll shoot you his e-mail address when I get a chance. He can do an exact dup in aluminum with choice of handle scales. When I get my HEST I'm just going to mail it to him and have him make it. He can also do a kydex sheath for his trainers to match the owner's sheath used with the knife. He is really good and worth the money. I think a HEST trainer and sheath will run me about $75, maybe more or less depending on when he has it in hand and what I want for scales.

Scott was a LEO up in Washington State, yeah? I think he used to be on here, not the ESEE Forum, but elsewhere on BFC.

He still is, Friday Harbor, WA. Dont know if he posts here anymore but he makes some first rate training knives and swords. Got to do some training with him in late Aug at the WFMA Summer Seminar.

It seems the HEST is a bit bulky for a necker, but then again some people in this thead seem to think it isn't. I guess the only way to know for sure is to wear it a couple of days and see if you like it.
