The sad truth is that you will only loose a knife if you like it. I have lost several of my favorite knives. I have one damn knife I keep loosing and it keeps finding me again. I finally parked it in a dark dank drawer some where. I have lost that knife like 15 times minimum. I will always find it later (like the next day, outside blocks from where I lived). Or several times where some one gave it back to me, saying hey, I found this the other day, and I remember seeing you carry one of these (stranger who I don't really know tracked me down).
But ever nice knife I really like stays lost (or in several cases stolen) forever.
Loosing a Stebie is really bad! It would make me crazy. At least you did not loose a custom piece of Infi
